Syrup fo dry& chesty cough with orange and ginger flavor is a medical device based on linden honey, containing sodium hyaluronate and PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone).
Product intended for adults and children from 3 years of age.
Indications:
Syrup with honey is recommended for the relief of:
- dry cough
- wet cough
- post-infectious cough
- night cough
- inflammations of the oral cavity and throat of various etiologies,
- dry mouth and throat,
- dry, scratchy throat in people who work intensively with their voice (teachers, actors, singers, speakers, announcers, etc.)
- irritation of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa (e.g. itching, burning, reddening of the membranes) caused by external factors such as dry, polluted, cold air.
Main ingredients’ properties:
- PVP forms a mucoadhesive film on the surface of the mucous membranes of the mouth and throat, protecting them from the irritating effects of external factors. The barrier function of the PVP is highly effective in relieving dry cough and mucositis.
- The sodium hyaluronate contained in the formulation has a moisturizing effect, which increases the elasticity of the mucous membranes, relieving irritation, hoarseness and discomfort associated with dry mouth. The moisturizing effect of sodium hyaluronate promotes the removal of lingering secretions, thereby alleviating wet cough.
